In our lives we all face some adversity and some experience a tragedy. How we face and deal with that tragedy defines who we are and what we become.

On July 17, 2005 we lost a loved one, Jack Falvo III, in an accident involving a personal watercraft. Instead of dwelling on his loss, his family and friends have decided to celebrate his life by forming the Jack Falvo III Foundation.

Through the inspiration of his life we've embarked on the mission of establishing and building Jack's Place in his honor and to celebrate his memory. The mission and goal of Jack's place is to provide a "home" for the families of out of town patients of our area hospitals and long term care facilities while their loved ones are rehabilitating.

We are working closely with Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital and Northwoods Rehabilitation & Extended Care Facility to create the best possible support facility we can. Read their endorsements here.
